What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Developing and analysing financial models
• Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well as being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
• Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Candidates must have experience of working in real estate investments in the USA
• Experience of working in a real estate M&A / investment banking team of a top-tier investment bank or fund, focused on the USA
• Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
