We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Trainee Insurance Account Manager, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills in managing client accounts, understanding insurance products, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Support senior account managers in the preparation of insurance proposals, renewals, and claims processing.
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve client satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation of reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Assist in the resolution of client inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence in all client interactions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
