What you'll be doing
The Supply Trainee will assist in the preparation and submission of product registration documents to regulatory agencies. You will also support planning processes and ensure alignment with business needs.
Products Registration:
- Coordinate with the suppliers to gather the needed documents required to register products with the governmental authorities to sell products (product formulations, artwork, and safety data...)
- Review the documents and share the feedback with the suppliers
- Submit product registration documents to regulatory stakeholders on time in line with the launch calendar in order to submit the file to the governmental authority
- Follow up with the contact person for the registration status and make sure that it is active in line with the launch calendar
- Keep records of all registration documents on the brand shared folder and update the relevant status tracker
Master Data Management:
- New suppliers, customers, and items creation submission in the system
- Follow up with the MDM team on the creation status
Inventory Management & Fulfillment:
- Learn to develop and test various stock size, composition, and age profiles, recommending the best stock models to support demand and business plans.
- Support supply planning efforts across functions to fulfill business needs, including participation in the S&OP process.
- Assist in identifying gaps in current supply or demand plans and propose remedial actions.
- Leverage order generation algorithms to ensure stock availability and monitor adherence to the demand plan.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in training programs to build your understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Gain exposure to data analytics, forecasting, and inventory management tools and techniques.
- Work under the guidance of experienced supply planners to develop your skills and knowledge in supply chain planning.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Statistics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PPT skills.
- Strong communications and stakeholder management.

- Advanced Excel skills
- A passion to pursue a career in Supply Chain
- 6 months internship or traineeship experience in Supply Chain
