Trainer

Job description / Role

Job Purpose:
• To provide in person, classroom & webinar training on the products and services to the service partners on behalf of the vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Devise technical & soft skills training programs according to organizational requirements
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individual for both technical & soft skills training
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Conduct induction training as well as refresher & new products training
• Evaluate the training programs

Requirements

Qualification
• Graduation in any discipline (Engineering graduates will be preferred)
• Excellent Communication skills in English (Verbal/Written & presentation

Experience
• Technical or Process Training experience in telecom or Electronics Products industry.
• Ability to deliver face to face and Online trainings.
• Soft Skills training ability
• Ability to develop excellent PPT & Video contents

Other Competencies
• An orator with Excellent Presentation & people interaction skills
• Ability to understand technical documentation & processes
• Ability to engage with the audience.
• Ability to engage with the audience.
