Charterhouse has partnered with a reputable European Luxury Fragrances Brand who are looking to hire a UAE Trainer who will be responsible for the training of Beauty Consultants across approximately 50 points of sales, within UAE.
This is a 360-training role which requires a proactive and highly organised individual with an established background in the beauty sector and hands-on approach. The role will be responsible for a delivery of various offline and online training and development within the UAE, to support the teams in reaching their targets and KPIs. The UAE Trainer will report to the Regional Education Manager.
To be considered for this role you must have experience working in a similar position in the luxury beauty and fragrances sector. You should be very passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry and be up-to-date with the latest trends.
Having a team spirit and excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are crucial for this role
