We are recruiting a trainer / supervisor to train and support beauty consultants with the retail partners.

The client is a leading beauty company in Asia and one of the fastest growing cosmetic companies in the world.

Description
- Support recruitment and integrate and train beauty consultants
- Act as primary touch point for retail manager with distributors and retail partners
- Monitor merchandising, sales and marketing execution to guarantee brand image
- Monitor performance of beauty consultants
- Travel to distributors/retail partners and business territories on quarterly basis
- Monitor market and trend developments (new products, beauty trend, marketing)
- Act in accordance with and ensure implementation of the brand guidelines

Requirements

- 5-7 years of experience in beauty business or channel
- Arabic native and English fluency
- Experienced in training delivery, with strong verbal and communication skills
- Eligibility and willingness to travel in the Middle East
- Past experience in beauty retail, make-up and skin care experience a strong plus
- Organisation and planning skills
