Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assisting Team Leader – Records and Documentation in day-to-day tasks related to pilot training records and manuals. Assisting Head of Training and Training Managers with checking the Training and Checking Authorization Forms, checking pre-requisites and collection of required documents.

• Coordinates with training manager for all client and instructor pilots training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues
• Collect prerequisites for crew’s training on all fleets which involve coordination & follow up with all the account executives; both locally and globally
• Meet clients on the first day of training whereby a detailed explanation is given to them regarding their program and training kit. Missing documents are also collected.
• Prepare client records/check forms and place in the files (All forms need to be typed out/ needs to make sure latest check forms are used from the Authority website.
• Prepare attendance sheet and print the exams papers for Recurrent/Differences courses
• Ensure that all instructors are filling the client records properly and according to the standards of the authority
• Assisting the clients and Instructors/Examiners to creating and supporting IACRA application
• Prepares training completion certificates and obtain signatures by Head of Training/Training Manager

Requirements

Minimum level of education required
• Bachelor degree

Minimum level of job-related experience
• 2-5 years

Other Job-Related Skills/Background
• 2-3 years of experience in working within a training facility as training administrator.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral), including presentation and training skills
• Ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in aviation training will be a definite advantage.
