Training and Coaching Manager for a Professional Services Company, Dubai

The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities:
- Assess and analyse client training, coaching and development needs.
- Responsible for the research, recommendations and implementation of training plans.
- Define and conduct needs analysis and develop the training strategy.
- Design, deliver and assess the suitability of training courses for client needs.
- Conduct training, develop metrics for evaluation and review success.
- Business develop and market training to similar clients to develop new relationships.

Requirements

- Professional spoken and written business English communication (Arabic would be an advantage) with clear presentation skills and the ability to influence.
- 4+ years of experience in training in the Middle East in a professional services environment.
- Technical skills in training course development and course delivery.
- Experience as a trusted business partner in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Proven record of training planning and implementation in a multinational environment.
- Experience in the full training cycle analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
- Degree qualified in a HR related field with CIPD or similar membership.

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in the UAE with at least 4 years experience in a multinational environment. Be professionally presented with a sound work ethic and approachable demeanour.
