Job description / Role

Based in Dubai, the role of Training & Culture Manager is to implement the HR development function for both the corporate and customer facing aspects of the business. They are seeking an engaging individual to facilitate in the delivery of all training, across all roles including mid-level management, to develop a positive culture to reinforce the company’s vision and values.
It is expected that the incumbent will be involved in a collaborative approach with staff to ensure their engagement and manage their expectations in terms of their personal development and training needs. You will be involved in motivating staff to do well and offer the highest standards at all times from their very first day. Newsletters, staff satisfaction surveys and suggestions will also form part of the duties of this role alongside staff welfare and counselling, concerning everything from staff accommodation to birthday and service recognition awards. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a training and HR background to make a real difference to the culture of the company for the future and you will always lead by example. Alongside the training and welfare aspects of the role you will also understand the need for statistics and be able to interpret their meaning and impact to the Senior HR Manager and the Board as well as monitor KPIs and performance of staff.
Requirements
The incumbent should be able to display confidence and an addictive enthusiasm when delivering training to complement the core values of the business and be able to see from a new perspective to add a sense of pride and value to all the restaurant brands.
Although a food and beverage background is not essential, those candidates with strong training and staff welfare experience is essential. A training certification (preferably in HACCP or an equivalent) is highly desirable. You should also have a passion for training with excellent fluency in English spoken, reading and writing. A driving licence and own car is also essential.
