Training and Development Executive

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Training & Development Executive for our client, a non-profit, professional association headquartered in Dubai. The role will be responsible for the planning, development, execution and continuous improvement of the organization's training programs (courses and exams).

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement the approved training strategy, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Proactively work towards boosting course registrations.
- Plan and schedule the organization's annual training calendar
- Prepare and monitor the training budget, ensuring compliance with approved allocations.
- Foster strong and productive relationships with stakeholders such as trainers and partner universities, addressing their needs and ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination and program management.
• Arab Nationality
• Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation, skills.
• Calm under pressure; able to manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
