Job description / Role
Cutting edge Executive Training Company is currently hiring passionate Arabic speaking Training Consultant. This role will have a focus on the Saudi Arabian market so a candidate already based in Saudi or a candidate able to frequently travel to Saudi Arabia is essential.
The main focus of this role is assisting the business in maximizing people performance through Training and Development delivered to our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be a higly-skilled professional and seasoned training specialist experienced in delivering Leadership modules.
• Presenting a professional image to clients
• Meeting the quality standards agreed for all delivery to clients
• Design courses based on agreed content by clients – with a focus on leadership & executive level programmes
• Presenting the agreed content for every course to promote a consistent message
• Timely completion of all reporting in connection with client activity
• Ongoing account management of clients to include review meetings following any intervention
• Generation of new business through effective account management
• Working with Salesforce.com to update account / sales progess
• Suggesting new course content or materials for continuous improvement to our offer in line with market requirements and new developments
• Continuous professional development in line with company requirements
• Attend company meetings as required
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Training Professional with proven experience of delivering Leadership training at Senior Managerial/C-suite level
• Ability to understand and professionally facilitate learning activities
• Highly professional image
• Organised and deadline oriented
• Self disciplined and capable of operating without supervision
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Dynamic sales pitch presentation skills
• Coaching skills
• IT literate in Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Salesforce or CRM experience beneficial
• Ideally using professional social media packages to develop skills and network
