Training Coordination Supervisor

Job description / Role

Responsible for the supervision, coordination and delivery of high quality training management services (TMS) to meet client training requirements.

This role is also responsible for ensuring the systems and processes are rigorous, streamlined and efficient.

Knowledge of Offshore Oil & Gas / Maritime Industry safety training required

Requirements

Education and experience:

- Degree educated.
- Previous experience in supervision of training compliance, training bookings and travel requests, staff supervision, achieving customer service level targets, implementing and maintaining robust systems and procedures.
- Line management responsibility of TMS Team to ensure that a consistent, high quality service provision is maintained for all clients
- Implement and maintain robust processes and systems to ensure that the service delivered is conducted efficiently from training request through to invoicing, and is aligned to global group practises.
- Ensure the efficient management of client competency matrices and databases to ensure the clients employees are competent to deliver their roles at all times.
- Provide TMS Coordinator cover and take responsibility for own nominated number of drilling rigs
- Conduct regular internal audits and support client auditing processes.
- Regularly produce management reports including client monthly KPI’s and any other report requested
- Start Date: Immediate
- Work Location: Dubai Industrial Park and Client Offices as required
