Job description / Role
Training Coordinator Up To 4K AED++ For A Luxury Golf Club In Dubai
- Maintain training database and coordination with Operations Manager
- Prepare training checklists, organize training venues and locations, logistics, transport, as required to achieve efficient training attendance and deliver
- Facilitate training sessions and to assist in Skills Training
- Maintain accurate records through hard copy files and computer input to database throughout the training cycle
- Follow-up and track training evaluation paperwork, assisting team members wherever needed. Update, print and prepare training materials
- Work with venue Managers to stay on top of training needs, inform of training progress and report weekly on the status of training
- Feedback sheets to be given to all participants & ensure it’s filled and returned to the training department for implementing and reorganizing courses to meet the required standards of our organization
- Summarize training requirements arising from annual appraisals and to design and develop suitable training programmes to meet these requirements
- Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male/Female, 30 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related course
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same role
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
