Training Executive

Job description / Role

In the position of Training Executive, you will assist in the creation and update of all programs, initiatives and policies to all Colleagues, impacting on their skills and knowledge. You will also promote the desired work culture around the Farah Way.

Job Scope
• Creates and delivers programs for all Colleagues

Manages assigned departments:
• Conduct audits
• Provide consultative support
• Assist with policy implementation
• Makes recommendations for process improvements
• Disseminates information and monitors and communicates on reports

Participates in the creation of:
• Team Training Calendar
• Briefing Topics
• Safety Spotlights
• Any other business initiatives

• Ensures all the required administrative documentation and reports are kept updated on a weekly basis
• Ensures that all facilities and support materials are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and are kept in good condition and that any maintenance issues are reported and resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Possess a CIPD in Training or ATD (formerly ASTD)
• Minimum of 2 years in a training position

Skills:
• Be able to design and write knowledge based training programs
• Exceptional presentation skills for program delivery
• Comfortably communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency using MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Be proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience in using an LMS system, basic knowledge of Articulate Storyline and basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Hospitality, tourism and theme parks background
