Job description / Role
• Coordinate client Training Management Services, training, travel and accommodation bookings, data base maintenance and support services for client training requirements.
• Use of office based software, inputting and handling data into large data bases, record-keeping, reporting and customer service.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree educated. Oil & Gas/Maritime experience preferred.
• Excellent experience in using software/booking systems and databases to manage client competency training requirements, make training bookings, travel arrangements with internal and 3rd party providers.
• Experience of coordinating training activities, use of office based software, inputting and handling data into large data bases, record-keeping, and reporting and customer service.
• Ensure training, medicals and travel (including accommodation) is booked in line with both the pre-approved supplier lists and individual client procedures.
• Accurately record client bookings and update databases using internal systems to create detailed reports which can be used to invoice the client on a weekly basis.
• Ensure all certification is received, recorded and stored/uploaded on client databases in line with their individual protocols in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Very well-organized.
