NTS Recruitment is working with a leading and ever expanding F&B client who are actively seeking a western educated Training Manager to join their team. This position is seeking an experienced, energetic and passionate training and development manager to devise the organizations training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.

The role will be responsible for Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers, Proposing training and development programs and objectives, Conducting and tracking regular internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives in meeting our Colleague Engagement and business objectives in addition to providing recommendations for improvements, Developing and monitoring spending against the departmental budget, Obtaining and /or developing effective training materials utilizing a variety of media, Training and coaching managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts, Planning, organizing, facilitating and ordering supplies for employee development and training events, Developing and maintaining organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. Furthermore, you will Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results, Modifies training programs as needed, Create the instore training system for current and future brands, Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and assist Department Managers in the development and implementation of on-going training in addition to monthly training calendars to meet specific departmental and division wide needs.

Requirements

To be successful, you will be western educated and hold a Bachelor degree or relevant management or field-specific qualification (and ideally be a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in training and development and previous experience working in a fast paced environment ideally in the F&B or Hospitality sectors. Previous experience in training design and facilitation is essential as is an enthusiastic and can do attitude.
