Employment: Full Time

A fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused, business development minded individual to lead and grow the MENA training business.

This will be achieved through a variety of mediums, mainly; 
- The management and development of the Training Team 
- Management of your own obligations to be compliant with legislation and organisational policies and procedures and effective leadership in recruiting, inducting, performance managing, developing and engaging to maximise team and organisational performance 
- Responsibility for the overall product offering
- Ensure the product portfolio is in line with market needs and regional requirements whilst supporting and complimenting both professional standards and organisational goals.
- Write training proposals and bids as required, refining and offering solutions through ongoing customer discussions.
- Lead and deliver the annual product release plan for all training services.
- Creation of MENA training faculty to support the growth of the hub.
- Analysis of financial reporting to improve course productivity
- Ensure the course development and delivery plans are executed effectively and meet customer expectations.
- Manage and review pre and post course analysis to provide customer and stakeholder reports to improve course quality and efficiency.
- Supporting the Product Manager in creating material and matching trainers to the client and course requirements
- Completing tender documents 
- Leading the Sales Engagement activity 
- Meet and exceed set financial targets.
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying training opportunities and meeting with customers to define their requirements.
- Create a training pipeline to track and review leads, opportunities and sales.
- Work with the Business Development Managers and Sales Support to ensure leads are followed up and opportunities are appropriately qualified.
- Support the Business Development Managers in preparing the strategic product development plan, including defining market requirements for training services and segmentation to determine focus for product development.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure there is a clear communication strategy to support each of the products as they are qualified, developed and released into the market.
- Develop relationships and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the products are high quality, brand compliant and are coordinated with other products and services being offered in the MENA region.
- Secure the most economical and sustainable delivery of RICS products.

Requirements

- Experience of consultative selling
- Experience of managing performance, development and behaviours
- Can effectively communicate with clients at all levels from individual candidates to company decision makers.
- Can demonstrate sales skills and track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Understanding of surveying and construction industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Results driven and commercially minded
- Self-Starter and motivated
- IT Literate and numerate
- Great team player
- Must be proficient in the complete Microsoft office package
