Our client is looking for a Training Manager position for the Cosmetics industry based in Dubai, UAE.
The Training Manager to be in charge of training calendar for the Middle East, they will be providing training on the brand, products, policies and sales techniques. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in dealing internal and external staff, budgets, implementation and development of training tools. The candidate will be dealing with the distribution team and affiliates, so would need to have a knowledge of sales processes.
Requirements
The applicant will require a minimum of 5 years working within Cosmetics and Skincare experience in a similar position. The successful candidate will have strong sales, organisational and communication skills. The candidate must speak English and Arabic fluently, French is a plus.
