Job description / Role
Reporting to the GM, the key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Adapting and implementing the global training strategy to meet the local training needs
- Delivering training to retail staff across the Middle East
- Collaborating with the franchise and wholesale partners on developing their training programs
- Completing reports to HQ in relation to training demands as well as successes and challenges
- Conducting frequent market visits to ensure the training material has been successfully implemented
Requirements
- Over 5 years training experience in the retail industry
- Fluency in Arabic is a must
- Must be comfortable with 50-60% travel in the region
