Job description / Role
Training Manager up to 10K AED for a High-end Fragrance Company in Dubai
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills is a must
• Knowledge of Arabic will be a bonus
Salary up to 10,000 AED all-in depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
• Open to any Asian nationality
• Male or Female, 40 years old below
• Graduate/post graduate in any discipline; preferably an MBA in HRM and Marketing
• Minimum of 6 years focused experience in a Retail industry in areas of Performance Management, Training and development, induction etc.
