One of our clients who is a giant in the beauty industry is looking to hire a Training Manager on a 6 month contract.

Description
Reporting to the Training Director, this person will be responsible for;
* Managing the relationships between the business owners (Store managers, Retail Area Manager) and the Training team
* Supporting the region in driving customer experience through applied learning of consulting skills by way of observation and coaching
* Managing field teams indirectly and with management a plan to bring them to the next level
* Leading any new training-related project, to support business priorities
* Reviewing plan, timing, budget, and resources needed (internally or externally) if any
* Ensuring the implementation of cross-category culture and knowledge
* Travelling once a month across the GCC to delivery trainings
Job Offer
AED 16,000 - AED 18,000 per/m + Bonus, Medical
Requirements
Please note, this is a 6 month contract role covering for maternity leave. To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience;
* 4-7 years minimum of work experience in client service Retail field for Training Manager
* Must come from Beauty, Fashion, Watches or Jewelry background
* Ideally Middle East experience, otherwise open to candidates who have relocated recently.
* Unable to relocate candidates for the role if not based in the Middle East or ideally UAE
