Job description / Role
Reporting to the Head of Training, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Design and develop training programs for the brand across the extensive retail network in the Middle East
- Deliver classroom and in-store training to Beauty Advisors, Store Managers and Retail Managers
- Create training content in relation to both soft skills and product knowledge
- Evaluate training results and constantly try to identify training gaps/needs
- Support in the definition of the annual training budget and training calendar
Requirements
- Must have over 3 years training experience
- Must be a fluent Arabic speaker
- Must be passionate about make-up and beauty and understand make-up application techniques
