Job description / Role
Reporting to the Business Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and deliver training sessions for all stores and wholesale accounts across the MENA region
- Enhance and ensure excellent customer service, customer loyalty and improve retail KPIs
- Develop the capabilities of Store Managers and sales advisors
- Support with the regional training budget
Requirements
- Previous training experience , ideally in the retail sector
- Fluency in Arabic is a big advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully inspire and motivate staff
- Comfortable with frequent business travel (up 50% of the time)
