Training Manager - Operations

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working exclusively with one of the most recognizable consulting brands in the world to assist in recruiting for a Training Manager-Operations.

In this role you will work closely with the training & engagement team and will be responsible for setting up training centres, handling training logistics, branding as well as work closely with the Training Partner to ensure that training centre is managed on a day to day basis and operations are running smoothly. You will deliver training programs, including inductions, soft skills and leadership programs. In addition you will be responsible for managing a team and providing effective line management.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in full cycle training with experience in managing training centres or training programs at all level strong as well as facilitation skills. Ideally you will be Degree educated or have a training qualification from CIPD or equivalent and have had experience in working with large scale events.
