Training Officer

Job description / Role

Job Purpose:
- The Training Officer for STS Group will be mainly responsible for the development and delivery of training programmes required by the business to maintain safe, timely and smart quality of services.
- They will also support setting required development plans by recommending suitable and relevant training programmes. The training officer will be responsible for post-delivery management including measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of training programmes and planning improvements which will enhance the standards of STS Group.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, training and development, communications or other areas relevant to the field.
- Training delivery or tutoring qualification e.g. train the trainer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Public speaking skills
- Strong design and presentation skills
- Confidence and ability to influence others
- Ability to moderate large groups
- Organisational skills and attention to details
- Time management
- IT proficiency (MS Office Suite is a must)
- Fluent in designing and delivering trainings in different languages (Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, etc.)

Essential Experiences:
- Minimum of three years of experience in training design and delivery.
- Sufficient experience in the transportation / mobility and education industry.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proven experience of successfully leading and delivering training to large groups of people
