Training Officer

Job description / Role

• We are looking for a Senior Training Officer with experience in the designing, implementing and evaluating the training programmes for school bus drivers.
• Evaluate and monitor training effectiveness.
• Delivery of induction programmes and refresher courses for drivers and bus guardians.
• Design, develop and manage training materials inline with the changing practices
• Collaborate with the operations and tailor the training requirements to increase operational efficiency.

• Conduct Training Needs analysis , prepare training calendar and recommend Learning and development plans
• Skills and Qualifications - Bachelors degree in relevant discipline; Training delivery or tutoring qualification like "Train the 3.Trainer"; Good communication skill, Strong design and presentation skills.
• Experience - Minimum five years experience in Training design and delivery in the transportation/mobility or education industry;
• Experience in delivering defensive driver trainings
