Employment: Full Time

The Training Products Manager is a pivotal role in the team as they are responsible for identifying and designing our training courses for MENA including ensuring that RICS maintains relevant courses that will build the skills of professionals across the built environment.

• Manage the development of courses from syllabus development, resource identification and creation, trainer management and liaison through to quality assurance
• Identify opportunities for new training products
• Manage the design of courses as agreed in the annual product development plan
• Create and manage financial reports including P&Ls and other reporting as needed
• Work with the wider product development team to ensure that products are aligned across the portfolio
• Create product briefs and product propositions that can be used by marketing
• Support the account managers to qualify opportunities and complete sales for in house training
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of third parties that can be called on to develop and deliver training products
• Develop relationships and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the products are very high quality, underpin the RICS brand, and compliment and are coordinated with other products.
• Take responsibility for the growth and development of all MENA training products.

Requirements

• Strong project management and planning skills – delivery on time and within budget
• Customer focused, with the ability to build good external and internal relationships
• Highly IT literate
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills
• Budget management
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Good problem-solving ability, creativity, drive and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work on own initiative and good team player
• Identifying, designing and developing training courses for professionals, including defining educational content and outcomes
• Management of technical authors and trainers
• Managing the design and development of bespoke or in house training courses
• Knowledge of the property and construction industry is preferable
• Significant experience within a commercial organisation preferably within training or professional services organisations
• Experience of developing and implementing training programmes
• Comfortable in a client facing environment
