Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced training specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and have a strong background in training and development, preferably in the oil and gas industry. This is a full-time position, based in Abu Dhabi, with a leading oil and gas company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Design and deliver training modules, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and resources
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
• Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, training and development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and training software
• Willingness to travel as needed
