Job description / Role
A leading international consultancy business is seeking a Transaction Services Partner / Director for their expanding offices based in UAE.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the transaction services team, providing knowledge and experience with their assignments for a wide variety of clients.
Ideally you should several years experience of working within a Top Four Accountancy Practice at a senior level within corporate finance, strategy or mergers and acquisitions function. Additionally excellent leadership and managerial abilities will be essential for the position.

Requirements
Several years experience within a top 4 accountancy practice.
Senior level experience within transactions services, strategy, mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance.
Must be fluent in English language.
