Transport Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Local Transport Arrangements (Import & Export)
- Preparing Tokens for pulling out & depositing the containers
- For Outbound Shipments to take over the Documents from New East Logistics team once having the notification on SAP dashboard
- Check the documents from Logistics are fulfilling the requirements of Local/Export/Free Zone
- Confirm on BI SAP tool for issuing Gate pass for the Security
- Constant Inspection of the Vehicles to reduce wear & tear, also to avoid road incidents.
- Inspect & train the user of the vehicle & machineries
- Inspect the approved repair stores for verifying that they fulfil the company requirements
- Ensure the proper handover process of the vehicles
- Ensure the proper handover process of the Machineries like Forklift, PPT, Reach Truck
- Preparing report for Fleet Department

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Working Experience as Transport Coordinator for minimum 2 years in UAE
- Valid Driving License is a must
- Preferable to have candidate with vehicle maintenance background.
- Knowledge of English & Hindi Language
