Your Role

• Supervise and coordinate a small team of HealthHub drivers, ensuring efficient and safe transport of patients, staff, and materials
• Personally drive light duty trucks or light vehicles (requiring a Code 3 UAE driving license) to various locations throughout the UAE
• Check loading and unloading of vehicles as required, ensuring proof of delivery is obtained for every trip
• Oversee daily vehicle inspections, trip planning, and adherence to company policies and SOPs
• Monitor fuel consumption, trip logs, and ensure all documentation (trip sheets, fuel receipts, delivery orders, incident reports) is accurately maintained and submitted on time
• Maintain a 100% damage-free record and report all incidents promptly
• Provide coaching and support to drivers, fostering teamwork and time management
• Liaise with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Uphold Al-Futtaim Healthu2019s standards of service, safety, and professionalism

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 yearsu2019 experience in transport/logistics, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• UAE Code 3 driving license (critical requirement)
• Strong knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills
• Matriculation (high school) or equivalent required
• Confident in managing documentation and compliance with company policies
• Committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement
