Job description / Role
The Transport Planning Manager will be responsible for the accurate planning and forecasting of our transport needs across all company business units. They will be responsible for optimising transport routes for all Transguard Group employees, including first deployment and operational deployment. The postholder will play a fundamental role in the alignment and planning of transport and accommodation.
Requirements
Experience in transport planning or logistics (2+ years)
Experience in managing schedules/rosters (2+ years)
Experience of managing and manipulating large amounts of data
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred degree in mathematics
Flexible and fast learner in order to adapt to a dynamic daily working environment
