Position Title: Travel and Visa Consultant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.

Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for both travellers and employees; verify documents, guide applicants on visa requirements, and ensure timely submission to UAE immigration authorities.
• Maintain comprehensive records for all visa applications, track status updates, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise effectively with customers, employees, government authorities, and external service providers; provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless visa experience for all stakeholders.
• Track visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations, and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to both staff and travelers

• 35 years old below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR, visa processing, travel, or tourism sectors.
• Familiarity with UAE immigration and visa regulations is a must and experience with visa management systems or HRIS platforms is a plus.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
