Travel Consultant - Al Futtaim Group - Sharjah/ Dubai

We are currently looking for experienced Travel Consultant to be based in Sharjah, UAE.

The travel consultant is responsible for promoting and selling of Al Futtaim Travel products and services to the public/retail & leisure walk-in clientele from a retail travel outlet, handling of direct walk-in customers' enquiries through telephone, email or fax, assisting in increasing the sales & market share, and meeting the set business targets of the retail outlet.

He/She will also assist the Outlet & Branch Supervisor in effectively handling the travel operations and retail expertise on a day to day basis, managing of clients to increase sales and cash flow, ensure smooth operations & teamwork within the organizational guidelines in order to achieve the department's customer service and revenue targets.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Travel and Tourism with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience preferably in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of the reservations systems such as Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre is highly required. You must also be flexible to work 6 days a week in different shift timings/schedule.
