Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a renowned governmental body who are looking to hire a Travel Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
This is a permanent role working for an organisation which prides itself on developing talent and skill-set from within its own ranks. This is a challenging and fast-paced administrative role where strong communication and prioritization skills are of the utmost importance. The client prides themselves on their history and expertise within the region and for this reason, Charterhouse are looking for a candidate with professional travel experience gained within the UAE specifically.
Requirements
The successful candidate should already be based in Abu Dhabi – any candidates outside of the UAE will not be considered due to current visa restrictions. You must be highly adaptable and have proven travel coordination experience gained within the financial services, governmental or consultancy sector. You will possess a "no job too small" mentality and will be able to pick up new tasks with ease and enthusiasm. You will be able to handle pressure well, a natural team player and are able to forge strong working relationships and manage senior stakeholders with professionalism and ease.
Candidates with working experience of Amadeus will be at a strong advantage, please ensure that your prior experience of the system is made clear within your CV.
