POSITION: Treasury Analyst
DIVISION: Nestlé Treasury Middle East and Africa
LOCATION: Dubai
REPORTS TO: Regional Treasurer

Main Purpose of the Job

Integrate, standardize and manage efficiently the Cash management for all markets in Middle East and Africa region. Provide focused and specialized advisory services in terms of money market conditions and net financing cost planning. Optimize the Cost of Capital and ensure implementation of Treasury management best practices as well as internal control and correct system usage.

Major Responsibilities

• Cash management: Perform and maintain an efficient cash management for the entities under scope and ensure the optimal use of Quantum
• Review the daily cash position for each market while managing forecast inaccuracy.
• Oversee liquidities and debts of each market to optimize usage of funds.
• Checking, consolidation and publication of Treasury Reports.
• Contribute to efficient collections and payment processes.
• Support working capital and strategic initiatives and implementation of standardize process for MEA markets.
• Contribute to Bank relationships management while reviewing existing cash management structure to optimize resources.
• Cost of Capital: Coordinate with Regional Treasurer a Capital structure review (including obtaining Cash Flow forecasts) and approach the Center on any potential optimization. Trigger funding requirements well in advance to enable optimal decision on the source of funds.
• FOREX: Guide the markets on commercial hedging process. Implement FX exposure strategy and execute FX deals.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years’ experience in Treasury
• Great negotiation skills
• Strong Excel and Treasury systems knowledge
• Arabic/ French is highly advantageous
• Currently residing in the UAE
