Job description / Role
One of the largest manufacturers based in the UAE is looking for a Treasury Analyst (UAE National). The role is based in Dubai and is focused around compliance of treasury relevant transactions.
The responsibilities of the Treasury Analyst (UAE National) include:
* Ensure that all treasury transactions are confirmed with counter parties on a timely and is properly recorded in the Treasury Management System (TMS)
* Ensure timely settlement/rollover of treasury transactions
* Ensure all Debt facilities, drawdowns, rollover, repayments are properly recorded in the Treasury Management System (TMS) and process settlements on a timely manner
* Ensure accurate calculation of all debt service obligations in TMS and posting of monthly accruals Monthly reconciliation of Interest, fees and loan balances
* Carrying out the daily bank reconciliation for the group bank accounts and actively engage with other departments for resolving unreconciled items
* Prepare Group Treasury Report, Exceptions Report, Cost centre Report and any other adhoc reporting requirements of Senior Management
Requirements
* Bachelor in Finance/Accounting/Business from a recognised university
* 1-2 years experience in a treasury function
* Good interpersonal and organisation skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good computing skills
* Proficiency in MS office
