Overview

A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Treasury Manager for their team in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring timely and smooth treasury operations and liquidity management.
• Develop strategies for FX, interest rate, and commodity price risks.
• Negotiate terms for credit facilities, guarantees, and payment structures with banks and financial institutions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities adhering to risk policies.
• Lead a team of treasury professionals, conduct regular performance assessments, and provide professional development opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, IFRS, and industry-specific financial standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. An MBA/CFA/CPA/CTP is preferred.
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of treasury experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Multinational/pharma experience is a plus.
• Expertise in FX risk, cash management, trade finance, and TMS/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of GCC banking practices, tax treaties, and export incentives.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
