Trilingual Deputy Legal Head

Job description / Role

Our client is seeking a Deputy Legal Head who can provide strategic and practical legal advice on all matters for the company. The role involves advising senior management on group strategies, regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as key legal advisor on all major business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and major contracts.
- Provide an in-house legal counsel and guidance to the Affiliate on all matters.
- Proactively identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks.
- Ensure the group conducts compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies.

- Must be fluent in Arabic, English and French.
- Minimum of 10 years legal experience at a senior management level within a multinational.
- High degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (minimum).
- Broad experience in Corporate Law, Litigation, Labor Law, and other relevant legal fields.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
