Job description / Role
The Internal Auditor Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the internal audit function of the organisation. The incumbent will provide leadership to the internal audit team, oversee the development of audit plans, and ensure that audit activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Description
* Manage and oversee the internal audit function of the organisation
* Develop and implement the annual audit plan
* Ensure that audit activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
* Identify and assess risks, and develop appropriate risk management strategies
* Provide assurance to the executive management team that the organisation's internal control processes are effective
* Review and approve audit reports and work papers
* Ensure that audit findings and recommendations are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
* Participate in the development and implementation of the organisation's policies and procedures

Requirements
* UAE National with family book
* CIA, CFA, ACCA, ACA (or similar) qualified
* 6+ years experience working within internal audit
* Excellent English and Arabic language, both written and verbal
