UAE National - BD Manager

Job description / Role

As a Manager - Business Development you will lead strategic growth initiatives across the enterprise segment. This role is ideal for candidates with Big 4 or strategy consulting experience, particularly those who have worked with and managed public sector clients.

Description

* Define and execute business development strategies to drive growth in new segments and verticals
* Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities through market research and client engagement
* Develop business plans, models, and proposals aligned with strategic objectives
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement cross-functional growth initiatives
* Lead client engagement, proposal development, and post-sales support
* Participate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes for enterprise clients
* Monitor revenue generation and ensure timely execution of business development activities

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
