What you’ll deliver
• Masterclasses, coaching, mentoring and 360s – you’ll develop all these programmes and more for our National talent.
• You will be managing a small team and a development budget.
• You’ll develop career pathways across the organisation – facilitating career mobility and progression, monitoring progression and quality checking career development processes.
• Advising business partners and line managers on talent development processes relevant to UAE Nationals, you’ll hold one-to-ones, deliver workshops and provide written guidance.
• You’ll create career opportunities for UAE Nationals by sourcing and managing work assignments.
• Working closely with the Assessment and Development team, you’ll look at their outputs to inform your talent interventions.
• You’ll manage any academic and professional qualifications bodies involved in development delivery.
• We’ll look to you to report back on career development progress, so that we can be sure we’re providing what we’ve promised.

Requirements

• Your strong customer orientation will be key, just as it is for all your colleagues.
• You’ll also have well-developed skills in problem solving, influencing and negotiating.
• You should have a degree in HR Management or Psychology, while a Masters in Occupational Psychology would be ideal.
• You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in National development, covering team and project management.
• You’ll be comfortable working at senior levels and right across functions.
• Your knowledge will span everything from Emiratisation and Nationalisation to talent development methodologies.
• We’ll also look for innovation and creativity, and an appreciation of airport operations.
