Job description / Role
As the Director of Commercial Affairs and Investment Department, you will be responsible for setting and achieving strategic and operational objectives for all departments within the department. You will ensure the accuracy and validity of annual budgets, oversee the investment of department assets, and provide guidance for the development of investment strategies, policies, processes, and regulations.

Description
* Determine and approve strategic and operational objectives, systems, standards, plans and work programs for all departments, and develop task descriptions and organizational structures.
* Ensure validity and accuracy of annual budgets submitted by affiliated departments, approve them, and verify their implementation to improve financial performance and optimal utilization of human resources.
* Oversee and guide for optimal investment of commercial department assets and properties to achieve sustainability of commercial assets and strategic objectives.
* Prepare and implement investment and commercial strategies, policies, processes and regulations in accordance with government directives and international best practices.
* Manage partnership projects with the private sector, and follow up on implementation of contracting procedures in coordination with concerned units and committees.

Requirements
* UAE National with Family Book.
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Or Accounting
* Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proven track record of successful project management.
* Deep understanding of investment strategies, policies, and regulations.
* Familiarity with international best practices and government directives.
