UAE NATIONAL - FRESH GRADUATES
Management Trainee Program
Are you a UAE National Graduate (from 2016) looking to start your career within a leading organisation?
If so, and you have a GPA of 2.7 an above then please submit your application.
Our client has openings within within their organisation in the following specialisms:
Human Resources
Marketing
Finance
Engineering
Retail Operations
Requirements
The program will be for 18-24 months depending on the path in which you choose or selected for in which you will be mentored to you chosen path.
The first 6 months, you will get an overview of their business and spend time across all divisions so that you get a complete understanding across the group of how they operate. After this you will be chosen for your specific area where you will be trained fully.
Once the program has finished you join the business as a Junior Manager ready to start building your career
