UAE National, Learning & Development Senior Manager

This role will oversee learning and development and emiratisation programmes to build organisational capability.

Description

* Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies.
* Design career management frameworks and development programmes.
* Execute coaching and mentoring programmes for key talent.
* Conduct training needs analysis and recommend annual training budgets.
* Monitor implementation of career paths and talent initiatives.
* Assess readiness of successors and link development needs to L&D plans.
* Collaborate with consultants and training providers for programme delivery.

Key prerequisites include:

* UAE National
* Minimum 8+ years in senior L&D roles within large organisations.
* Learning & Development Frameworks, programme management, emiratisation strategies a must
* Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or HR; CIPD/SPHR certifications preferred.
