Description
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Oversee all visitor experience initiatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and visitor programmes.
* Manage and optimise the organisation's brand presence within the public sector.
* Lead the development of innovative approaches to enhance visitor engagement and retention.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational guidelines in all external communications.
* Supervise and mentor the marketing and communications team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:
A successful UAE National, Marketing, Communications and Visitor Experience Director should have:
* Proven expertise in marketing and communications within the public sector.
* Strong leadership skills to manage teams and drive results.
* Experience in developing and executing visitor engagement strategies.
* Ability to effectively oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Exhibition industry experience
* Exceptional analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
