Job description / Role

Responsible for enhancing the employer brand and driving employee engagement to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The role typically involves supporting recruitment marketing, managing internal communications, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and promoting the hotel’s culture and values. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, both internally and externally, while contributing to initiatives that strengthen the hotel’s reputation as an employer of choice in the competitive UAE hospitality market.

• UAE national with Family book
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Marketing/Communications/Public Relations graduate preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in marketing, internal communications, HR, or other related areas preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
