Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based oil and gas company we are looking to recruit a UAE national Procurement Specialist. Reporting to the Procurement Team Lead you will be responsible for ensuring internal customer satisfaction related to sourcing and procurement, ensure maximum value is derived from purchase expenditure while maintaining continuity of supply, negotiate with local and international vendors to procure the commodities at the best price
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold a khulasat al-qaid, be degree educated in business, supply chain or have certification in materials and service management, three years purchasing experience with experience of handling low value stock procurement items, be able to handle high value complex procurement agreements and working knowledge of Oracle
