Job description / Role
We are recruiting for a UAE National - Public Relations Officer to manage all government relation tasks including visas, trade licenses, and other UAE business requirement.

A reputable private sector organisation based in Dubai
Description
* Support HR manager with on-boarding administration to support the company's expansion and growth plans
* Utilise your government, agency and immigration connections to help fast-track business related administration
* Administer all new work visas and permits for all employees and dependants
* Monitor expiry dates of visas and permits and renew when needed
* Cancel visas as and when required
* Act as the main contact for the medical insurance broker
* When the need arises represent the company to official offices including embassies, ministries, and other government departments
* Flexible to support the wider UAE business

Requirements
* BSc or Diploma in Business or similar
* Must have PRO experience and government/agency connections
* Must have up to date knowledge of UAE visas, licensing, and any UAE business related paperwork
* Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
* Family book is required
