UAE National - Senior Analyst, Client Onboarding

This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for institutional clients engaging in trading and investment activities.

Description

* Act as a subject matter expert for complex onboarding cases, providing guidance and resolution for internal queries.
* Manage end-to-end account opening processes for new and existing clients in the Markets segment.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders across operations, compliance, and relationship management to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.
* Maintain strong communication across the global onboarding network to support client needs and strengthen relationships.
* Initiate and track account setup requests across relevant systems to enable trading capabilities.
* Identify and escalate process bottlenecks, ensuring operational readiness and data integrity.
* Collaborate with operations teams to establish client trading infrastructure efficiently.
* Conduct due diligence for new sub-fund setups under existing investment managers.
* Maintain internal databases and ensure accurate updates to client static data.
* Support queries related to onboarding workflows and system updates.
* Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.

* Fluency in English (written and verbal)
